The installation wizard does not appear when I'm trying to run the Diploma installer on Windows Vista. How can I fix this problem?

You must have administrator rights on your computer to install Diploma.

Note: You can also follow the instructions in this article to install another question bank from a CD if Diploma is already installed.

Right-click on the download from the Desktop and choose Run as Administrator

NOTE: If you do not see Run as Administrator as an option:

  1. Right-click on the download from the saved location and choose Advanced.
  2. Check the box Run as Administrator.
  3. Click Ok.
  4. Double-click the application again from the saved location (or CD if installing from a CD) to bring up the Installation Wizard.
  5. Complete the Installation.

NOTE: If you are installing from a CD, follow the same instructions, except for Step 1. Instead, right-click on the installation executable from the CD and continue with the remaining steps.

Right-click on the download from the Desktop and choose Run as Administrator
