Yes! To learn more about adding fill-in-the-blank questions to a quiz, read the help article How do I add a fill-in-the-blank question to a quiz?. Otherwise, follow these steps:
From the short answer question editor, click Properties. You can do so before you begin writing your fill-in-the-blank question stem or after you've already written your question.
Tick Multiple Correct Answers.
In the Answer Type tab, tick Multiple Correct Answers and Close to exit the Question Properties window.
Hit Enter to move from possible answers for the first blank to possible answers for the second.
