Review course information
The dashboard has the following information for each course listed from left to right:
1: Course Name
Your courses will be listed in a vertical column on the far left-hand side by name and date of creation. If you click on the course name, you will be linked to that course’s home page. If you move your arrow to the right-hand side of the course name, a link to the URL of that course will appear. From here it is easy for yourself and your students to copy and paste.
Next to the course name the dashboard lists the school associated with that course.
When you create an account with Bedford/St. Martin's, you must select a school affiliation. If you are teaching at more than one school, you have the option of selecting a different affiliation on the Student Registration Screen. Simply select a different school from the drop-down menu, or click on “Find School” to search by city and state, or by zip code.
Your students will then easily be able to find their course.
The dashboard shows whether the course is "Active" or "Inactive".
This status lets you know whether you’ve enabled Student Registration.
4: Students Enrolled
The dashboard has a list of the number of students enrolled in each course. On the right side of the number of students enrolled there are two links: one that shows the course roster and another allowing you to edit the course information.
