Go to "Tool Availability"

On your Blackboard course home page, click Control Panel under Course Management, then click Customization. Under Customization, click Tool Availability. Blackboard will display the Tool Availability page. 


 

Check Content Market Tools availability

On the Tool Availability page, scroll down to the Content Market and Content Market Tools entries. Confirm that Content Market has been marked with a check in the Available in Content Area column and Content Market Tools has been marked with a check in the Available column as shown below.


If they are not already marked for availability, mark them by clicking the appropriate checkboxes. Then click Submit to save your changes.

Note: If the Available checkbox for Content Market Tools is not enabled, and you are not able to change it because the checkbox is protected, please contact your Blackboard Administrator. You will be unable to proceed with deep integration until Content Market Tools have been enabled in your course.
