Student Refund Policy

  • If you purchase access online, you may cancel your subscription within two weeks of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • If you purchased access to an e-book, you can receive a full refund within two weeks of purchase if you have not accessed (viewed or printed) more than 20% of the content.
  • If you have purchased access online to LaunchPad or another online course space and you drop the course, you can request a refund within two weeks of purchasing access. You can then re-purchase access when you take the course later.
  • If you purchased an access card packaged with a printed textbook, the access code may not be valid if the package has been opened. You will need to contact the bookstore about a refund, since technical support is not able to refund purchases made at campus bookstores. Please note that if you have already registered the access card you will not be eligible for a refund.

To request your refund, contact tech support (Higher Ed students only).

Refunds will be automatically credited to the credit card you used to purchase your subscription.

Macmillan Learning reserves the right to change the terms of our refund policy at our sole discretion.
