You may notice once in a while that you can't see the graph that you're supposed to see in one of your questions in your quiz. This happens only in Chrome and Safari and is very easy to fix. Just follow the steps below.


Resume your quiz

Open the quiz from the LaunchPad home page, then click Resume the Quiz to resume taking the quiz.

 

Return the to question with a blank graph area

Notice in the example below that the graph for this question seems to be invisible.



Click on the image to zoom in.
 

Click the Minimize icon in the upper right of your browser


 

Click the Maximize button in the upper right of your browser


 

Answer the question

You should now be able to see the graph for your question.
