Open the Video Assignment

Click on the Video Assignment from your LaunchPad home page or your Writer's Help 2.0 Assignments page.

Click "Open Video Review"

Click on the "Comments" tab

Students: If you look at the Assignment Details in the Assignment tab before you click Comments you can see how many comments your instructor is requiring you to make. You must submit the minimum number of comments required by your instructor and also score the video using the rubric if your instructor has added one. Note, however, that you can comment as many times as you'd like -- you are not limited by the minimum comment requirements of your instructor.

Click "Add Comment"

Set the time code

  1. Use the time gauges on the left and right while sliding the time code buttons to find the time in the video that you're commenting on.
  2. Add a comment. You can bold, italicize, underline, or cross out text using the format tool above the text box.

Click "Post"

When you're done adding comments, click "Done"

In the upper left corner of the page

Comment on other videos

If you need to add comments to another video, you can now do that. Students, check the policies to see how many comments you need to add.

Click on the linked title of the next video you want to comment on in the Video column of the Submissions table.
