Read the policies

Your instructor may impose restrictions on your quiz that include a time limit and the number of times you can take the quiz. Read the policies carefully before starting.

When you're ready, click Start the Quiz.

Answer questions

Click the radio button next to your answer. Your instructor may also give you fill-in-the-blank or essay questions to complete.

Click eBook

Your instructor may give you some questions that allow you to study as you go by clicking the eBook link. The link will open in a new tab.

This is the e-book page you would see after clicking eBook in the above example.

Click "Save" to save your work

If your instructor has allowed it, you can click Save to save your work and return to it later. If your quiz has a time limit, saving your work will not pause the timer for your quiz. Make sure to complete your quiz within the time limit.

Resume the quiz

If you've saved your quiz and need to start again, return to the quiz and click Resume the Quiz.

Click "Submit" to submit your quiz

Only click Submit when you've answered all the questions you think you can answer. Once you click Submit you won't be able to return to the quiz.

If your instructor has allowed multiple attempts, you can see this information in the policies. If this is not your last attempt, then you can retake the quiz after you submit it.

Once you submit your quiz, you will receive whatever feedback your instructor has set up for you. This may include your score, the questions you got right and wrong, and what the correct answers are. Just remember that your feedback depends on your instructor.
