If you are able to log into Sapling Learning on a web browser, then you will be able to successfully log into the app.

If you forgot (or never knew) your username or password, first try requesting a new password. If you do not receive an email after attempting to reset your password (wait at least 15 minutes and check your spam filter), contact tech support.
