How does my TA or co-instructor get access to Writer's Help 2.0?

For fastest service, please call or write our Faculty Services team and provide the following information. For verification purposes, it's best if the instructor of record, not the TA or co-instructor, contacts Faculty Services.

  • Institution name
  • If multiple locations, institution campus
  • Instructor of record's name
  • Instructor of record's institution e-mail address
  • TA or co-instructor name
  • TA or co-instructor institution e-mail address, if one exists. If not, a personal e-mail is OK.
  • TA or co-instructor phone number
  • The Writer's Help 2.0 title that the TA or co-instructor should have access to
  • The instructor of record's Writer's Help 2.0 course URL that the TA or co-instructor should be enrolled in

What will happen after I call?

  • If TAs or co-instructors already have an account, then Faculty Services can grant them access to the instructor of record's Writer's Help 2.0 course immediately.
  • If TAs or co-instructors do not have an account, Faculty Services will need 48 hours to create an account, sample them access to the Writer's Help 2.0 title, and enroll them in the instructor of record's course.
