Your instructor console is the place for changing course settings, for seeing your roster of students, and for setting gradebook preferences.

Access the instructor console

From the gray navigation bar at the top or middle of your screen, click Instructor Console.


The instructor console looks like this:

Adjust general settings

Click General Settings in the instructor console to edit information about your course. General course settings include academic term, course title, course number, section number, instructor name(s), time zone, and office hours. You can also add your syllabus to the course either by uploading a file or including a link. 

Click Save after making any changes.


Check your student roster

Click Roster & Groups to see your list of students.

You may e-mail individual students or all students by clicking on an e-mail address or E-MAIL ALL.
