Your Dashboard has the following information for each course listed from left to right.

  1. Course Name
  2. School
  3. Status
  4. Students Enrolled

Course Name

Your courses will be listed in a vertical column on the far left-hand side by name and date of creation. If you click on the course name, you will be linked to that course’s home page. If you move your arrow to the right-hand side of the course name, a link to the URL of that course will appear. From here it is easy for yourself and your students to copy and paste.

In the second column is the school associated with the course in the first column.

When you create an account with BFW High School/Macmillan Learning, you must select a school affiliation. If you are teaching at more than one school, you have the option of selecting a different affiliation on the Student Registration Screen that appears when you activate your course. Simply select a different school from the drop-down menu, or click on Find School to search by city/state or zip code.

Your students will then easily be able to find their course.

This column shows whether the course is Active or Inactive. If the status is Active, then you’ve enabled Student Registration.

Students Enrolled

This column shows the number of students enrolled in each course. On the right side of the number of students enrolled, there are two links: one that shows the course roster and another allowing you to edit the course information.
