There are a few reasons you may receive the NO BASE message on your iClicker 2 remote or a red light on the original iClicker or iClicker + remotes.
Make sure your remote is set to the same frequency that your instructor is using. This is the most common cause of these indicators. The instructions to change the frequency on an iClicker remote can be found on the back of the remote.
Please make sure your instructor’s attendance, polling, or quizzing session has already started. You will not be able to participate until a session has started.
