Why isn't my instructor listed in Reef?

If you can't find your instructor's class, please confirm with your instructor that Reef has been enabled in the course. If Reef has been enabled, please ask how the course is named in iClicker. Some instructors only allow the use of iClicker remotes, so please check with your instructor to ensure they are enabling Reef before purchasing a subscription.
