Important: Contact an iClicker Tech Account Manager (support@iclicker.com) to receive the Launch URLKey, and Secret needed to complete the set-up.


Navigate to your Managed Account in Canvas

Log into Canvas as an admin and navigate to your Managed Account from the Admin menu.


 


Navigate to the Apps tab

Click the Settings option in the side menu bar then click the Apps tab.


 


View App Configurations

From the External Apps page, click the View App Configurations button.


Click Add App and complete iClicker Cloud settings information

Click the Add App button and complete the following information in the window that opens. Settings not listed are not important to the integration.
  • Name: iClicker Cloud [recommended]
  • Consumer key: [contact an iClicker Tech Account Manager for this information]
  • Consumer secret: [contact an iClicker Tech Account Manager for this information]
  • Launch URL: [contact an iClicker Tech Account Manager for this information]
  • Domain: [contact an iClicker Tech Account Manager for this information]
  • Privacy: must be set to Public
  • Description: [optionalUse this app to associate your Canvas students with their iClicker Reef accounts and allow you to synchronize their scores.


Complete external app set-up

Click Submit to complete the external app set-up.
