How Students Register Reef Accounts in a Learning Management System

If your instructor is synchronizing your iClicker Reef grades into a Learning Management System (LMS) like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Sakai, or D2L, there is one more step to complete your Reef profile. 

In order for your account to be associated with your instructor’s course, you must click on their iClicker/Reef course link within the LMS. You can complete this process by following the instructions below:
  1. Log into your LMS.
  2. Go to your LMS course corresponding to Reef.
  3. Navigate to the iClicker Reef registration link created by your instructor.
  4. Click the link.
  5. Sign into your Reef account from the window that opens.* 
You only need to complete these steps one time. Once the association is made, you can go directly to the Reef website or use the mobile app to use and vote with Reef in class. 

*If you don’t already have a Reef account, you should create a new account. However, do not create a second account as it will cause issues for both you and your instructor.
