Please review a list of issues that have recently been resolved.

Issue: The LMS Admin Setup Wizard is not currently running on Sierra computers.

Status: Resolved on 10/25


Issue: The results bar was shifting answers to the right when instructors asked multiple question types (multiple choice, numeric, short answer) during the same session.

Status: Resolved on 10/25


Issue: iClicker Classic would not appear correctly on high-resolution Windows systems (e.g. Surface Pro).

Status: Resolved on 10/25


Issue: Downloading iClicker Classic directly onto a Sierra computer was returning an insufficient permissions error message and the iClicker Classic software is not running. 

Status: Resolved on 10/25


Issue: Receiving a Runtime error while trying to open Gradebook after asking a numeric question during anonymous polling. 

Status: Resolved on 10/25


Issue: D2L and Canvas students with diacritic characters in their names were not being synced.

Status: Resolved on 9/12. Instructors need to update to version 7.8.1 on MacWindows, or Linux.


Issue: D2L and Moodle users were experiencing issues with the new Upload Zero and Null Scores functionality in Course Settings under Gradebook

Status: Resolved on 9/12. Instructors need to update to version 7.8.1 on MacWindows, or Linux.


Issue: Instructors were seeing a run-time error when using the instructor key for i>clicker 6 Canvas integration.

Status: Resolved on 9/5


Issue: Some students trying to enter their iClicker Remote ID into Reef were receiving the following error.
"Not a valid Remote ID. Remote IDs are 8 characters long and contain only letters A-F and numbers 0-9."
Status: Resolved on 8/24
