Four Workflow Best Practices

Our goal is to help you find content to support your teaching objectives and your students’ educational success. 

How you use the platform depends on your teaching objectives and how your institution has set up the platform. There are four ways to create course templates:
  • Create a Quick Course
  • Create a New Course 
  • Choose From an Existing Course 
  • Create a “Just-in-Time” Lesson
Depending on the workflow you choose, you will navigate from one to six areas in the platform - Details, Instructional View, Outline View (when you are developing course templates) and Curate, Organize, Publish (when you are discovering and managing content assets).
