Sign in to the Student Store

Go to the Student Store home page and click SIGN IN.

Sign in link in the top toolbar

Enter your username and password and click Sign In.

Note for Canadian users

To access the Canada site, click the drop-down in the upper right corner and select Canada. You will not be able to view your orders on the U.S. site.

Go to your account

You will now be signed in to the Student Store. Click My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.


Select the order you wish to return

From the Order History list, click See Details beneath the order number you wish to return. If you've purchased multiple items and are not sure of the order number, you can find the one you need in the confirmation e-mails you received after you purchased.


Click "Return Item" or "Return Order"

If your order consists of a single item, click Return Item to begin the return process. If your order consists of more than one item and you wish to return everything, click Return Order

Note: For digital products, the Return Item and Return Order buttons will not appear until at least six hours from the time you purchased, which is the approximate time that it takes for payment to process. For print books, the Return Item and Return Order buttons will appear after the product has shipped, so it will be approximately one day plus the six hours it took to process payment.

Click Return Item to return one item.

Click Return Order to return multiple items.

Select the reason for return

Use the drop-down menu to select the reason you're returning your items. If you select Other (Write in), use the text box below the drop-down menu to write in your reason. When you're done, click Save & Continue.

Note: If you clicked Return Order, you must tick the check boxes in the upper-left corner of each image before clicking Save & Continue

Confirm the return

Click Confirm Return. Note that it will take 5-7 business days to process your refund. If you're returning a digital product, you will also no longer have access to it after confirming the return.

Save your return confirmation number

You will be taken to a return confirmation page. Please save your return confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation.
