LaunchPad's new e-book can be downloaded onto a computer or mobile device and read offline.
If the steps described in this article do not match your experience with LaunchPad, then you probably have an older version of the e-book. Older e-books can not be downloaded and read offline at this time.
From your LaunchPad home page
Hover over or click Help in the upper right corner, then click Download Offline EBook.
Sign up for a Macmillan Learning eBook accountIf this is your first time downloading an offline e-Book from LaunchPad or Sapling Learning, you will need to create an account or log in with an existing Macmillan Learning eBook account. If you already have a Macmillan Learning eBook account, enter the same e-mail you use for that account in the Email box. Otherwise, just enter the same e-mail you use for your LaunchPad account.
If you are creating a new account:
You will be prompted to log in using your existing password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot password link.
If you already have a Macmillan Learning eBook account:
View your e-book online
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your e-book. You will not have to log in to your Macmillan Learning eBook account again. You will be automatically logged in each time you access the e-book from LaunchPad. Once you have accessed the book online, you can download it to read offline on your computer or a mobile device.
