Chances are, your browser is set to block pop-ups, which is what caused the blank screen. Here are two things you can do:

Refresh your browser

Before you adjust your pop-up blocker settings, try refreshing the page by clicking the circular arrow, usually near the top of your browser window where the URL is displayed.

Allow or make an exception for pop-ups at

Visit the support guide for your browser to learn how to disable your browser's pop-up blocker. Once you are allowing pop-ups, try refreshing the page.
