There are a number of reasons why a course won't show as available to associate on the screen as in the image below. For instance, it might mean you have two LaunchPad accounts and you've connected the wrong one to your LMS. It could also mean the LaunchPad course is using a school or campus that isn't linked to the integration profile.

If your LaunchPad course isn't showing as available to associate, we recommend that you call Technical Support so they can escalate the issue to the LMS team. They will work with you to resolve the problem.
