Issue: On Thursday, 1/25/2018 there were reports of instructors unable to log-in to the iClicker Cloud instructor software on Mac devices. This was due to a glitch in the Mac in-app update to download a copy of the software that pointed to a development server. The issue has been been resolved

Workaround: Instructors who downloaded the faulty software build and experienced the glitch will be unable to log-in. Instructors should not create a new account, but should instead delete the iClicker Cloud instructor software and download a fresh version from the iClicker website.
