iClicker Cloud Question Images Failing to Upload

Issue: There have been reports of iClicker Cloud instructors receiving "Image Failed to Upload" errors when starting a polling question. Often (not always), the question image appears saved after polling ends, even if the error notification appears. This does not affect a student’s ability to participate in a polling question, with the exception of Target questions. This issue is currently being investigated.

Workaround: To guarantee that students see a question image during active polling, we recommend stopping the poll and starting a new polling question when you see the error. The question with the image error can be deleted later in the Session History.
