If you or your students are unable to view Intellus resources within your LMS, please confirm that you have enabled third-party cookies in your internet browser. Browsers often default to only allowing cookies from frequently visited sites, so upon initial usage of Intellus, enabling third-party cookies may need to be done manually. Directions on how to enable cookies for each browser are included below.
Safari
- Go to browser menu and select Preferences

- Click Privacy
- For Cookies and website data, select Always allow

- If Website tracking is listed, confirm that Prevent cross-site tracking is not checked

Chrome
- Go to browser menu and select Settings

- At the bottom, click Advanced
- Under Privacy and security, click Content settings

- Click Cookies
- Ensure that the button is on for Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)

Firefox
Note: Cookies are enabled by default in Firefox. - Go to browser menu and select Options

- Select the Privacy section and go to the History section
- In the drop-down menu, select Use custom settings for history
- Ensure the box is checked for Accept third-party cookies and the following options are selected:
- Accept third-party cookies: Always
- Keep until: they expire

- Close the tab with the Options menu open to save changes
Internet Explorer
- Click on the Tools icon and select Internet options

- Navigate to the Privacy tab. Under the Settings heading, click Advanced

- Ensure that the button for Accept is selected for First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies. Click OK

- Click OK to save
