How do you use Sapling Learning?  Before class, students read the Interactive General Chemistry e-book and answer problems on Sapling Learning before the first day of the new chapter.  I have worked problems in class from the Sapling Homework System.  I have prepared weekly quizzes for class and daily quizzes for building cognitive load.  The student response system is used to collect in-class quizzes and conduct formative assessment during class everyday.
Advice on Using Technology with Students: Technology is an excellent way to collect formative assessment information for faculty to know where students are struggling, before students are unsuccessful in the course.
