Bedford/St. Martin’s and esteemed author, instructor, and blogger, Michael Kardos, invite you to attend the final webinar in the Creative Writing Webinar Series - Helping Students to Write with Authority - on October 24, 2017 at 3:30pm EST.

Michael, an instructor at Mississippi State University, co-directs the creative writing program and edits the literary journal. He is also a textbook, short story, and fiction author. He recently published the second edition of The Art and Craft of Fiction which presents fiction writing as a teachable and learnable art.

In this webinar, Michael will illustrate ways in which instructors can strengthen student writing in fiction through a focused approach to the beginning, ending, and revision process of a story. Kardos will explain how to bring a confident writer to the table because it’s that confidence that reverberates through a strong work of fiction.
