Housing professionals need solid strategies to make sense of assessment data, put results into context, and drive action to improve the residential experience. Benchmarking is one powerful option. Benchmarking involves making comparisons to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. While making comparisons to other institutions is the most recognized form, it is only one form; to focus solely on that narrow definition means missing other opportunities. This webinar will describe the various types of benchmarking and use housing-specific examples from both Skyfactor and eRezLife to demonstrate its value.
