Jay holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Scranton. Jay is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Methodology expert & trainer. Prior to his leap into entrepreneurship, Jay spent time working for Lockheed Martin, Burger King Corporation, and Flowserve Corporation, where he specialized in Operations Management, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, and helping to save those companies millions of dollars via productivity and waste-elimination initiatives.
- Sherry Woosley
Director of Analytics and Research at Skyfactor BenchworksAs the Director of Analytics and Research at Skyfactor, Sherry Woosley drives the content strategy for the Mapworks Student Retention System and more than 40 Benchworks program assessment products. As one of the original creators of Mapworks, Sherry spent more than 10 years working in the area of assessment at Ball State University, where she also founded a graduate level academic program in institutional research. She has published articles in the College Student Journal, The Journal of College Student Retention, The Journal of College Student Development, The NASPA Journal, and Assessment Update. Sherry has also delivered more than 100 presentations at national conferences. Nationally recognized for her work in assessment, college student transitions, and predictive analytics, She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizations from University of California, Santa Barbara.
