I've been trying to log into launchpad and am not able to, because the page keeps loading after I submit my email and password. it loaded for about 30 min and did not let me access my account yet. How to fix this?

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the login page. You may be able to fix the problem by clearing your browser cache.
