I deleted the wrong duplicate account. How do I fix it?

Tech support may be able to help you undo this. To create a tech support case, click Actions at the upper right, then Create a Case.
Jackie Avant, you can do this yourself from the participants page. From your main page > hover over course administration > then click participants. From the participants page scroll to the bottom and you can reinstate former students. Then you can remove the right student from your class using the method you used before and outline below.

Jackie Avant So sorry, I thought you meant for Sapling Learning. In Sapling, you can perform this operation, not sure about LaunchPad, but if you make a case with tech support they can handle it for you. My bad!
