Right after I entered my access code I opened the email to confirm everything I hit link to access my Ebook and the page said trying to access a course not active. help have other classes I need to work on today.

Thank you for posting to our community. It sounds like you successfully registered for your instructor's course, but, when you tried to log in, you saw the inactive course message. Is that correct? Students see this message if they try to join a course that an instructor has not yet opened for registration. Did your instructor tell the class that the course is ready to join?
Also, if I misunderstood you and you haven't yet successfully registered your access code, you can consult this article to help make sure you're registering for the correct course:

Finally, if you confirm that your instructor has opened the course for registration and that you've registered for the correct course, then please contact our technical support team to report this issue. You can submit this question as a tech support ticket by clicking Actions in the upper-right corner of the this screen and selecting Create a Case. Be sure to include your LaunchPad title and your instructor's name.
