When I put in my access code, it said I was trying to access a course that isn't available. That can't be correct because my class started today so what am I supposed to do?

Thank you for posting to our community. Please make sure you're in the right place when you're registering your access code. It's possible that you're trying to register for the wrong LaunchPad title or that you're not on the course-specific URL for your instructor's course. See the following article for more information:

I followed the link from my professor on canvas, registered, and put in the code but then it takes me to a blank white page that says the title of my course in bold lettering. Under that "Attempt to access a course that is not available"

You can submit this question as a tech support ticket by clicking Actions in the upper-right corner of the this screen and selecting Create a Case. Be sure to include your LaunchPad course URL and your instructor's name.
