I am trying to set up a new quiz. I do not wish to create my own questions. I would like to use the ones that are in the question bank. I have done this in the past, but am not able to see where or how to do so now.
Hi Katherine Barrera,
Thank you for posting to our community. Depending on whether you're setting up flash-based or mobile assignments, one of these two articles should help you. Please let us know either way! We'll be happy to assist you further.
Sapling Learning > Adding and Removing Questions from Flash-based Activities
Sapling Learning > Adding and Removing Questions from a Mobile Assignment
P.S. If ever you need more help, you can also visit the Instructor Support Community to search for additional Sapling articles and videos. High school students also have their own support community.
If you are creating a brand new activity, you might want to start with this article: Sapling Learning > Adding Activities
Then go on to the ones Lynette suggested to start adding questions.
Okay…specifically for Sapling, High School courses where can I find this information? Or who may I call or “chat” with for guidance. I have looked at the links and keep finding references to programs that to my knowledge are not part of Sapling Learning. I feel like I moving in circles.
By the way, when I click on help/support in my Sapling pages, I receive an error message that the page cannot be found. Suggestions?
I've reached out to our high school Client Success Specialists, and one of them will be in touch with you shortly. They've already looked at your course and have ideas about how to assist you further.
For my part, I'll check into the Help menu throwing an error message. That definitely shouldn't be happening!
Have a nice weekend,
