I became very ill for the last two weeks of class. I did not complete my LaunchPad assignments by the due date. My instructor gave me an extension. I am trying to complete the assignments, but the system will not process my answers.

Please contact our technical support team for more help. You can turn this question into a technical support case by clicking Actions in the upper right-hand corner, then clicking Create a Case.
I tried to create a case and when I click on actions it says "no actions are available".
