I was setting up my Launchpad for my Psych 100 course, and wrote in my email incorrectly, but now I can't change it. What should I do?

To change the e-mail address of your LaunchPad account, you will need to contact tech support. You can turn this discussion into a tech support case by clicking Actions at the upper right hand corner of the screen, then clicking Create a Case.
Thank you for letting me know, but when I went and clicked on create a case all that popped up was a completely blank white box with no other information anywhere else on the screen. Is there something else I need to do?
