I don't have an account and the link my professor set up to login into LaunchPad to set up an account didn't work.

I am having trouble finding any help, I have tried calling the tech support number and it doesn't work. My teach also says the videos work for her but I have tried 5 different computers and I can not get any videos to work. Is there an email I can contact to get individual help?
I'm not sure why the number failed -- usually wait times are short -- so I recommend calling again. Also, you can also escalate your case to technical support without having to call by clicking "Actions" and then "Create a Case."
