Every time I type in my school name it gives me no results. is there anyway to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for posting to our community. It looks like you are trying to get access to LaunchPad. Did your instructor provide you with a course URL? If so, you can go directly to that URL to get access.
If not, it's possible that your instructor has not yet finished setting up your course. Unfortunately, as a community manager, I don't have visibility into your course, but our tech support team will. I have created a tech support ticket on your behalf. You should see a response from them within four hours.
