I would like to know why my shift keys, or caps lock, does not work when i am trying to do my pre-lab. As you may know, chemistry uses elements and some elements need to have CAPITAL letters. I am trying to type in my equations and elements and I am being told I am wrong because for some reason I am unable to capitalize my letters. I know its not my keyboard/ computer because I CAN CAPITALIZE RIGHT NOW. I also need to be able to use my shift key for other important things such as (parenthesis) and + plus sign otherwise I cannot complete my homework and frankly I didn't pay $35 just to NOT be able to correctly complete my homework. Thanks.
