Resonance Arrows Not Working Correctly

Hello MacMillon Support. I am in Organic Chemistry II and your MacMillon Homework Systems are completely failing, not able to allow the creation of resonance arrows on structures where the arrows are supposed to be input, making a negative charge on the Carbon Atom instead. I have lost points on these questions, simply because of your system bug and not happy. Please refer to the screenshot within this post and contact me immediately with confirmation of the fix as soon as possible. Thank You

The resonance arrow is supposed to be allowed to point from the double bond to the carbon...instead, it makes a negative charge on the carbon? This is not supposed to work like this & members of my class have confirmed, this is an error in my account. PLEASE FIX ASAP
