We are currently using Myers 10th Edition in modules for Psychology. They wiped our computers and I no longer have access to my Test Bank. Having difficulty accessing test bank. Help.

I see from your record that you've asked your sales rep the same question. Have you heard back from him? If not, then I'm wondering if this is your title. If you scroll to the bottom of this page after you click on the link, you'll see the option to download your test bank. You'll be prompted to log in or create an account on the Bedford, Freeman and Worth marketing site before you're able to download the software.
If you're using a different title, you can search for your author on the BFW marketing site to find the right one. Once you located your title's entry, go to the Instructor Resources tab toward the bottom of the entry's page to see whether a test bank is available for download. If it is, download it! If one isn't, you should see an option to order it as a CD. (In case you need them, here are instructions for installing the ExamView test bank from a CD.) Finally, as my colleague Jonathan said, if you have trouble downloading the test bank or installing the CD, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team for assistance.

I'm sorry you're having this problem. You will need to reinstall the Test Bank software if your computer was wiped (re-imaged). Note, however, that you will need to have Admin access to the computer to install the Test Bank.
