I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no luck.
I looked in Community, but only saw help for errors on Macs.
I really need to make up an exam asap!!!

Thank you for posting to our community. I learned that doing the following will resolve the issue:
To resolve that error, the instructor has to register the "Codejock.CommandBars.Unicode.v11.1.3.ocx" file using Command Prompt.
Unfortunately, the steps are complicated since you have to go through Command Prompt, so I recommend that you call our technical support team so that an agent can assist you. Here's the number:
Instructors > Contact tech support by web form or phone
