I entered an access code for my clicker which should have lasted for 6 months but it is not showing up?

At the start of the semester, I entered an access code for my clicker which was good for 6 months. Recently, I checked back and my account says that there are no active subscriptions. When I entered in the code I used, it said it was not valid as it was already in use. Is there a way to fix this? I only have one account so I'm at a loss for what's happening.
