I did my quizzes on my ipad that was old, so I'm guessing that might be the reason why my quizzes were not successfully saved. I was just wonder if there's any record that I did finish it in the system, so I can show my instructor.

Thank you for posting in our support community. I'm sorry to hear that your quizzes aren't submitting. Unfortunately our system requirements for LaunchPad require you to use a desktop or laptop computer. This is probably what caused your quiz not to submit.
Please reach out to your instructor and ask if they can verify your scores. Otherwise, you will need to complete your quizzes again on a laptop or desktop.
