How do I get a refund for my unaccessed or activated e-book I just purchased?

I had just bought an ebook through the student store, but when the link I clicked to "activate" or access the book with Bookshelf, it said the link expired. I need to get a refund of the e-book to try and purchase again or from another source. Can I do that? Or can i get a new activation link? I can not access by going to "my orders" either. Really upset because I need this book for class!
