I'm hoping to get some support resolving an intermittent issue with students submitting assignments on Launchpad. The behavior is that students type an answer to an assignment and submit it, and an overlay appears indicating that Launchpad is "Saving Data...":
The browser hangs on this screen, and the assignment is not saved.
It's a challenge to troubleshoot this issue because it's not consistent with any one user, computer or browser - it may happen at various times of day when our network is not at peak capacity, and with different students working from their home or the school network. We are in mainland China, using a VPN through Hong Kong to access the service.
Do you have any suggestions with how to proceed?
