I have been working on my homework on launchpad, but when I watch the videos, I can't answer the questions so I receive no credit. What do I do? I've tried Firefox and adobe and it still hasn't worked

Thank you for posting in the support community. I would recommend trying the Google Chrome browser since this is the preferred browser for LaunchPad. You can also check if Adobe Flash is enabled in your browser.
