I tried to create my course, but clicking on the next button does not work. I disabled ad blockers and allowed pop up windows on my Mac but it still does not work.
What could be wrong?

I didrequest international access again fixed my issue.

Thank you for posting in our support community. I've created a tech support case on your behalf. They will be able to investigate any issues with your account that are preventing you from creating courses. You should hear back from them within about four hours.
I noticed that the university shown on your account is in Spain. Did you request international access when you created your instructor account? You can still do this if you haven't already and it may fix your issue.
