The Colorado Redesign of Developmental Education

    Two years ago, the Colorado System decided to reform all of developmental education systematically based on innovations from faculty at their 13 colleges. Their goal was to expose the most students to innovations that they knew to be successful. Listen as Dr. Casey Sacks talks about the redesign process in Colorado and discusses decisions that led to the need for redesign, the composition of the statewide team, policy that emerged from the process, enrollment and cost projections for the redesign, and the implementation process.
